Returns & Exchanges

At DOD Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
